Description of Electrolytic Tinmill Steel or Tin-Plate (T/P):
The tinplate, the popular name of electrolytic tinned steel, is manufactured by low-carbon cold steel with continuous electrolytic tinning units after cold-rolling, the thickness ranges from 0.1-0.4mm.The tin acts for corrosion prevention and anti- rusty function. Such product is characteristically as stable chemical composition, high erosion resistance, welding formable, non-toxic. It is widely used in manufacturing food cans, light industry, textile industry etc.
It is classified as single cold-reduced and double cold-reduced
